At first, I really struggled with the fit on these. Sometimes I have issues with my right ear with IEMs but this one seemed harder than most. It may be the angle of the nozzle. I also have issues with 64 Audio IEMs. I’m not sure if it is the shape of the shell or the angle of the nozzle. I tried 15 different tips of various brands, styles, and sizes. The medium final audio tips with deeper insertion seemed to get the best sound and fit. A good fit is essential for these. They have little forgiveness for a bad seal. Let's start with my biggest gripe. The cable and ear hooks are adequate but don't wow me for the price. The cable is thin and well controlled, doesn't tangle or jumble up but it feels cheap. The ear hooks are a different story, they are just odd feeling and twist and turn all the time. Also, there is a bit of cable noise when walking and jogging. I am not impressed with the cable and ear hooks considering the price tag where there are so many other IEM that have better cables in similar price (ThieAudio Voyager 3, SeeAudio Yume, Tin Hifi T5). In short, this iem cooks the A4000 in almost every way I see, with my library. Timbre was way more accurate on the A4000. The stage, although not as deep, but way wider and more holographic. Bass is noticeably thumpier with better texture, although A4000’s bass have faster transient. Female vocal sounds more lively and correct compare to A4000. Instruments like hihats and cymbal strike sounds straight up better than the A4000 due to better sustain and decay, which also means I observe more micro details on the Oxygen. Imaging and Separation: I would call this IEM average in both without much to say. It exists and can do both while not really excelling at either. 5/10

Final Audio A5000 Earphones Audio46 Product Tour - Final Audio A5000 Earphones

I've been used these since June of 2022, for multiple hours per day. The comfort while wearing the A4k is unmatched in the IEM world, it's that simple. They're lighter than any conventional IEM you've ever seen, and their shape makes it so you don't feel the body of the earpiece at all. Even bullet style IEMs aren't as comforrtable, because of the deep insertion of the tip required with them. It's nonetheless the best experience you can currently get, maybe at the exception of the A5000 (that I have yet to try) Wheile this might now be one for absolute bassheads, it's something I'd easily recommend for almost everyone else.Going in to the nitty gritty Bass on the A5000 is impactful and dynamic. Certainly enough for all genres. The bulk of the bass here is from the sub-bass and lower mid bass. This allows for a cleaner mid range presentation. Guess what? I was wrong in both! Just a few months ago, Final presented A4000 and A3000, two lower, actually way too lower, value IEMs than A8000. While, on April 26, 2021, Final launched SHICHIKU.KANGEN, which is the next big thing after A8000. Typically, SHICHIKU.KANGEN belongs to the Collaboration series, because it was developed in collaboration with the DITA Audio company; in reality though, it is of the same breed as A8000, at least in regard to its construction, and it costs almost 50% more than the latter. Both the Final A5000 and Moondrop Blessing 3 perform exceptionally well for their price points when it comes to their spatial character. The Blessing 3 finds significant width that’s distinctly felt on hard pans; and while it pushes more depth into it’s stage than the Blessing 2 and manages a modest holographic character, parts mostly stay close to the face if not quite on the face. It also possesses a pretty satisfying internal 3D quality that places parts inside of my head rather than around it.

Possibly the best upgrade from a Cheap IEM. final A5000

At the end of it, the A5000 is a gem of an IEM especially at its price. Featuring a gloriously balanced sound, enchantingly beautiful imaging and ergonomics. This is a full-featured IEM for those looking beyond entry-level. The A5000s are made of plastic but have a premium and feel. They look like they will hold up well over time. There is a nice texture to the outside of the IEM that adds to the feel of quality. I have zero complains on the build of the IEMs or the cable. The A5000 is balanced, not emphasizing any particular frequency band, making it a very versatile pair of IEMs that can suit most music choices really well. Crisp detailed sharp different than any other iems I own but have a similarity to the heart mirror. The 2-pin connector is a highly accurate in-house developed product that uses the 0.78 standard, which is said to be the most versatile. With a soft and supple covering material in consideration of touch noise, it bends flexibly even when using ear hooks, achieving a perfect fit.SILICONE CARRYING CASEIt is a silicon carry case that can be rolled up and stored easily. The earphone body is softly fixed with a dome-shaped thin silicone lid. I was sent this unit as a member of the audio46 A5000 tour! This was the first time I was included on a review tour and it’s exciting for me to try this IEM. I have not been paid, bribed, drugged or accosted for a good review. I was only given a product in exchange for an honest review.
