The plunge action wasn't that smooth initially, as other reviews have mentioned, but a quick squirt of WD40 rendered it as smooth as butter. When trying to change the chuck (the bit that surrounds the collet), it stayed in the router once the chuck was out. Obviously if you're genuinely manly, you won't want anyone to see you reading them, but they're there in case you need to let someone else use the router at some stage . Will do what's required of it although like any router it gives better service if mounted in a router table. Additionally, the milling machine has a built-in light, illuminating the work area for improved visibility.

It's maybe not a 'pro' tool, but it achieves professional results and gets a hearty 5 stars from me. If the item comes direct from a manufacturer, it may be delivered in non-retail packaging, such as a plain or unprinted box or plastic bag. It offers an idle speed ranging from 11,000 to 28,000 RPM, providing flexibility for various applications.So far i have used it to make some kitchen plinths narrower and for cutting a shelf to the right size. I suppose the first thing to say is that if I was considering this product for professional trade I'd spend the extra and go for a 'professional' router with fine adjustment capabilities and proven longevity etc.

The angled handles are much more comfortable in use than the usual upright handles on other machines and there is a good safety switch sytem on these handles to power up the motor, nice.
