Our “make at home” Glitter Jelly is suitable for vegan diets, however our tablet and sugar free crystal jellies, designed to be made at home, contain gelatine so are not suitable for vegetarian or vegan diets. My name is Latoyah and I am passionate about creating healthy, easy and delicious meals that are perfect for healthy home cooking. Whilst James was at school I set about making the house pretty and I prepared the jelly so that it was ready for when the birthday boy came home. Dissolve the crystals in half a pint of boiling water, once dissolved add half a pint of cold water, mix and chill. I have never really made jelly in my adult life, so have absolutely no moulds or anything, so I was pleased they had included a cute matchign blue one in the box!

Free from artificial colours and flavours, the jelly is available in Strawberry and Raspberry flavours and is contained within dazzling glitter-effect packets – get ready to embrace your inner sparkle! Both girls enjoyed their first real taste of jelly, I think that they’ve had a little bit before but this was the first time they had had their own portion.There are three different flavours and colours: Blue Mixed Berry, Pink Raspberry and Red Strawberry.

Kids can create a unique flavour of jelly by adding their favourite juice or squash – let them use their imagination! Note: you can add fruit or juice, but avoid fresh pineapple, kiwi or papaya as these fruits will stop your jelly from setting. The glitter very much reminded me of the sparkly J20 Glitter Berry drink - it's the same type of very fine, swirly glitter.All that staring and waiting for the cubes to dissolve has been replaced by a powder that you can just pour boiling water into and serve!
