Description

General readers will find a well-written, straightforward chronological narrative; Muslim readers will appreciate the favorable treatment of Muhammad; while specialists will find a faithful and convenient rendering of source material. In The Psychology of Money, award-winning author Morgan Housel shares 19 short stories exploring the strange ways people think about money.

I originally read this book as a teenager and really struggled with the portrayal of Muhammad pbuh in some chapters of this book. This book has many sections that have very weak sources that contradict the very nature of what we are taught about the personality of Muhammad pbuh, without explaining why those contradictions occur.Martin Lings (1909-2005) was a renowned British scholar who taught at several European universities and the University of Cairo. Harry Potter has never even heard of Hogwarts when the letters start dropping on the doormat at number four, Privet Drive. He (PBUH) is the most influential person who has ever walked on Earth and has the second largest number of followers throughout the world till date. Michael Pollan, known for his best-selling nonfiction audio, including The Omnivores Dilemma and How to Change Your Mind, conceived and wrote Caffeine: How Caffeine Created the Modern World as an Audible Original.

This was also excellent biography of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) which is a very detailed book that gives a very comprehensive account of the prophet's life and times within a wider historical context of events that unfolded on the Arabian peninsula at the time.

There she is given the chance to undo her regrets and try out each of the other lives she might have lived. He points out that the book was based on the earliest Islamic sources, and where there is a difference of opinion in those sources, the book takes the most widely accepted view; and that Lings simply accepts the early Islamic sources without discussing their value. As you already know, the Bible is hardly ever reliable and not a lot of scholars think that those verses meant Abraham traveled to Arabia. The biography of the world's most renowned personality, whose life is a perfect role model to follow for every human being who is belonging to any age or living in any part of the world. It's a reminder of the sacrifices made by Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم and his companions, and most of all to be in constant gratitude for the gift that Allah has bestowed on the Ummah.
