This Champagne is crafted entirely from the finest Chardonnay grapes and offers a crisp and refined taste, with subtle hints of elderberry, acacia, and honeysuckle. The purest water in the wolrd is used, naturally filtered through Barbados’s coral limestone, blended with 8 unique sugarcanes. The vanilla overtones are dominant and maybe a bit overpowering which exhibits a sweetness that is even hard to add a mixer.

Meticulously blended using Panamanian sugarcane and aged up to 15 years in ex-bourbon barrels before being finished in sherry casks. Produced in their sister distillery in Panama, Bumbu XO is a rich, complex blend created from scratch by Bumbu’s Master Distiller.
