This grape variety brings Brut Sans Année from “ La Cuvée ” to the House’s Champagnes with the most prestigious Cuvées bringing the freshness, the elegance and purity that make the Laurent-Perrier style so distinct. Under de Nonancourt, Laurent-Perrier were the first House to use stainless-steel vats and the first House to create both a zero dosage champagne (Ultra Brut) and a non-vintage prestige cuvée (Grand Siècle). He has spent his whole career at Laurent-Perrier, from humble beginnings as a cellar worker, before rising to become a supervisor, then head of the cellar. Laurent Perrier have invested heavily in more vineyards to give them greater control over the quality of fruit used.

Elegant and fruity at the same time with a quick invitation from bright, pure cherryish notes and then filled out handsomely by whiffs of chalky soils and well-integrated, rich and uplifting yeast-driven scents, this wine manages to be both vigorous and layered at one and the same time. Brut L-P is aged on its lees for approximately three years and only a very light dosage is used to preserve its balance and natural freshness.

Laurent Perrier Cuvée Rosé Brut NV is one of the most widely-recognised and popular Rosé Champagnes. He selects grapes from the best areas of the Champagne vineyards, vinifies each batch separately and monitors the blends with high standards. Sadly, de Nonancourt passed away in 2010 and Laurent-Perrier is now managed by his two daughters, Alexandra and Stéphanie. Created in 1812, the success reached its zenith in the ’50s, thanks to Bernard de Nonancourt, one of the greatest individuals in modern Champagne. The result is outstanding, lovely darker red fruits dominate this easy to drink rosé and it is no wonder it has so many fans.

Broad and supple in texture, with sappy red berry and blood orange flavors supported by a firm spine of minerality. A blend of three exceptional vintages, Grand Siècle was launched in 1959 as a blend of 1952, 1953 and 1955. Bernard observed that nature would never provide the perfect oenological year though the art of assemblage, LP could in fact create it. This is beautifully balanced with fine streams of flowing bubbles – the hallmark of the finest Champagne – leading to delicate citrus and subtle floral notes on the nose.In 1948 it was Mary-Louise's son Bernard who took over the reigns becoming Laurent-Perrier's Chairman and Chief Executive, he remained and important part of the buiness until his death in 2010. A rare Rosé Champagne made using the maceration (skin contact) technique, perfectly controlled by the winery, to give that extraordinary depth and freshness - a worldwide benchmark for its style.
