Made me think of wanting to be better in my own life and to always fight through challenges when they come my way.

Prepared in collaboration with the architect’s office, the book contains a dazzling array of imagery, including large-scale paintings, sculpture-like models, multi-perspective drawings, and dynamic computer renderings. I'm sad and disappointed that I've never heard of Zaha Hadid, who is a contemporary and fire architect whose identities include being female, Muslim, and from Iraq and Britain.Meet Billie Jean King, the tennis star who has dedicated her life to breaking barriers both on and off the tennis court. Readers will recognize her built work-the Vitra Fire Station near Basel and the IBA Building in Berlin- and will welcome details of her competition entry for Chicago's ITT Building, and her winning design for the Cardiff Opera House. In addition to Source Books in Architecture, his writings have appeared in Log, Dialogue, Loud Paper, and elsewhere. I was delighted to learn about Zaha Hadid and after finishing the book, I had to immediately look up the museum in Cincinnati that she designed.
