About this deal

Morathi prefers to work behind the scenes, twisting events to her favour with a carefully chosen alliance or assassination, yet she is a terrifying force if roused to open conflict and can unleash the horrific magical powers of Chaos with barely a thought. She is capable of the most destructive magics possible, and there is little doubt that if Malekith is ever slain, she will use that knowledge to see the Known World destroyed rather than endure it in the hands of another. [1a] Visions of the Great Catastrophe [ ]

Dolorites, Sacrosanct Chamber, Anvils of the Heldenhammer: Arcane warriors and specialists the destruction of Chaos artefacts. [1]Throughout her impossibly long lifetime Morathi has been many things: wife, warrior, and the queen and power behind the throne of not one, but two aelven nations of the world-that-was. She was a high priestess of the aelf gods, a consort to daemons and a mother to a son that would ascend to godhood. During all that time she was a spinner of half-truths and a manipulator of such scale that entire empires moved to the command of her sibilant whispers. That infamous past has been left behind, for Morathi has changed. Upon freeing herself from the torments of Slaanesh she has renounced her conniving plots, re-dedicating herself solely to Khaine. As his High Oracle, it is she who interprets the god of battle's wishes, and commands the war covens of the Daughters of Khaine.

Brena Vennerdreizh, Lord-Arcanum, Anvils of the Heldenhammer: Arcane expert and commander of the Dolorites Sacrosanct Chamber. [1] From the red murk of this age emerged Aenarion, greatest and most tragic of all Elf heroes: a doomed champion, a fallen god, mightiest warrior in an age of constant warfare; the first, best-loved and most accursed of all the Phoenix Kings of Ulthuan. [4a] Since that day, Morathi has pursued that goal with supernatural determination. She has spent millennia teaching Malekith all she knows of statecraft and magic, and worked tirelessly to maintain his grip on Naggaroth's throne. Whenever the Witch King faltered, Morathi has always been ready to fan the embers of hatred in his heart; when he was betrayed, none have fought so hard as she to restore his rule. [1a]The shards of Urithain were reforged by Hotek and renamed Asuryath. [2d] Malekith wielded Asuryath in the battle for the Isle of the Dead where Asuryath too was shattered by Tyrion wielding the Sword of Khaine. [2e]

The daemons of Nurgle felt the weakening of the Necroquake and knew the pendulum was about to swing towards life. They were quite comfy in Ghyran though, so they redoubled their efforts to corrupt the realm. The ritual was finally completed — or at least partially so. The High Elf sorcerers had succeeded in opening a vortex to drain away the raging magic, but were trapped within it, eternally keeping it open, forever trapped in their battle with Chaos. After the silence came the thunder. Tidal waves rippled across the Inner Sea, great walls of water that sank ships and brought trees on distant shores toppling down. Those who could fled. Those who could not died. It seemed as if all the magical power in the world was being trapped in the centre of the storm that would last three days. [1a] [4a] [5a] Her mastery of illusion magic allows her to hide this form from others. Instead of the serpentine Shadow Queen, she appears as a beatiful Aelven Queen. Her form framed by wings made out of the finest shadow-metal, and her supernatural beauty strong enough to paralyses her victims. [5e] While her illusions where strong, fooling most beings in the Mortal Realms, Morathi had to constantly devote a part of her power to keep up the facade. When her concentration was broken, or she gave into her emotions, her true from was revealed. After such an Event, it often took her days or months for her to return to her Aelven form. [5e] Another great hero, Lord Kroak , led his Seraphon warhosts to strike a telling blow against the forces of Tzeentch in the Eightpoints. Be’lakor twisted this victory into disaster by destroying a network of realmgates, severing the Stormcast Eternals’ connection to Azyr. More and more of Sigmar’s champions are now unable to return for reforging when they fall in battle. Argentine • Behemat • Chimerac • Dracothion • Hydragos • Ignax • Lode-Griffon • Twin-Headed Serpent • Vulcatrix • Vytrix • YmnogArchaon the Everchosen’s had a hard time of it lately. First, the Ossiarch Bonereapers and other armies of Death invaded the Eightpoints . Then Morathi-Khaine stole a bunch of his precious varanite , and the Seraphon arrived to meddle even further. Together they not only trapped the god, but also were able to extract the souls from within it, each taking a portion of them to restore in their own unique way. Morathi was given a portion of those souls to reshape into forms she saw fit – and the Daughters of Khaine were the result. [1] Moving closer to Aenarion, as though daring him to strike, Morathi was pulled by the arm into his embrace, crushing her lips against his, putting all his lust and rage and hatred into one long and brutal kiss. She responded in kind, writhing against his metal-encased form until he thrust her away, her naked body bleeding in a dozen places from pushing against the edges of his full plate armour. [5a]

The Scriptor Mortis comes with a contingent of Craventhrone Guard, a new ranged unit for Nighthaunt armies. The Nighthaunt are also bringing a wide range of units to the party, including frenzied Bladegheist Revenants, wailing Myrmourn Banshees, and a cruel Spirit Torment with his enslaved Chainghasts.

Once each decade, the High Elves hold the Festival of Light to celebrate Aenarion and remember his sacrifice. At dawn on the day of the festival, each Elf repeats this verse five times over: Once transformed into her monstrous self, it takes time for Morathi's rage to subside: hours, even days, may pass before she can reassume her aelf-queen aspect. So great was her anger during the Blood Strife Wars that she remained in her Shadow Queen form for months. Morathi hopes to one day reap revenge upon all those who scorned, spurned or tormented her. She would use her rising power to achieve a dark apotheosis. With each drop of blood spilt in her cause, that day draws nearer. In the fires of the Burning Mountain she forged the lance Heartrender in 2304 IC. [3b] Storm of Chaos Yeah, but I hired her with rebellion timing in mind, didn´t have the luxury to disband her, chaos rebellions if rested once get far too strong.
