If you're having problems with your Surface Headphones, you can reset them to the original factory settings or reset their firmware. The type of reset you should use depends on what kind of problem you're having.
On a Windows 10/11 PC: Open the Surface app, then select Surface Headphones> Device information. Under Factory reset, select Reset now, and then select Reset now to confirm.
