Imagine that you have a whiteboard in your mind, and for every task we do, we have a mental model of what that task is. I promise you, you can take back control of your thoughts and turn that voice inside your head into a positive influence. And the next night, you stay out late, binge-watching a new season of a TV show, probably regretting it the morning after: this is how your body influences your mind. I realized and this is a great metaphor, I hope it maybe can help you in your marriage or some other relationships, the metaphor that popped into my mind is, is that I’ve stumbled here.
